Kelsey Kingman is a Principal User Researcher for Fidelity Investments, a prominent brokerage firm based in Boston, MA. Kelsey spearheaded the creation of Fidelity’s Democratization of Research program, creating the core learning materials and a plan to execute the program at scale. In her spare time, Kelsey sings, plays board games, and is the Game Master for an all-women Dungeons & Dragons group.
