You won’t be doing just one job. Everyone takes on several of the roles below across the day, rotating between them, so you get variety, a change of scene, and a feel for how the whole event fits together. Tell us the areas that interest you when you apply and we’ll build your rota from there. Here’s where the team is needed.

May 27 · Abion Hotel
A focused day of hands-on workshops. A small team keeps the rooms running and the speakers supported.
Support workshop leaders throughout the day. Direct attendees to their rooms, manage the on-site registration list, keep spaces tidy, and stay on hand to help speakers with whatever they need.
Welcome attendees and verify registrations, manage badge printing and distribution, and troubleshoot any check-in issues at the helpdesk.
Help set up the workshop spaces before doors open: furniture, signage, materials and registration areas, plus any final tasks on site.
Keep the venue looking sharp all day. Wander the space to spot full bins, tidy tables and reset rooms between sessions, and flag anything that needs the cleaning team.

Support speakers with microphones and presentation setup, keep the stage running on schedule, and coordinate session handovers with the production team.
Manage live and virtual audience questions, help select and organise them, and keep the Q&A respectful, relevant and on-topic.
Support exhibitors and sponsors, help attendees navigate the expo area, and relay any sponsor questions to the events team.
Capture short moments from the event, from speaker highlights to audience energy to behind-the-scenes, and support live updates with the events team.
