Sena, trained as a cultural anthropologist, connects the dots between user needs, stakeholder demands, business goals, and technical possibilities to build the right product or service and build it right. In this talk, she’ll explore practical strategies and actionable frameworks inspired by service design and systems engineering to break down silos, align priorities, and foster true collaboration—enabling cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are innovative, scalable, and meet both user and business needs.

Stefania, former Head of UX Content at Glovo, will explore the intersection of localization and engineering in scaling a global platform. She will highlight how she leveraged advanced engineering solutions, including machine translation systems, to tackle the complexities of entering linguistically diverse markets while at Fedex, Booking, and Glovo. It's extremely important to have close collaboration between engineering, UX, and content teams to build robust pipelines that automate localization workflows, ensure quality at scale, and maintain agile product development cycles. Lastly, she will share strategies for integrating localization tooling into the broader engineering architecture.
