Sadia Harper is a UX Strategist who has explored the relationships between people and products for over 10 years. Throughout her career, Sadia has executed the principles and practices of UX design, UX research, and brand positioning to identify the habits, behaviors, and beliefs of people and define how they inform the user experience of products and brands. Currently at Bright, Sadia leads the User + Product Strategy Pillar - where user insight and strategy inform product, programming, marketing, and talent development.
Born and raised in Chicago, Sadia studied mathematics and film and U of I Champaign-Urbana and received her MFA in Interaction Design and MBA in Design Strategy at California College of the Arts. When she's not working on Bright, Sadia's is a musichead - on the hunt for new tracks, taking classes in music production and engineering, curating playlists for small businesses and events, and sharing her latests finds with @anotherdayanothertrack
