Currently, I'm working as Frontend Engineer at OLX Group, where I'm mentoring less experienced developers and creating developer experience by introducing and prototyping highly effective development approaches. It includes creating coding standards, building development flow, developing a platform for product teams in order to enable high efficiency in delivering top quality products and features.

As a part of the fully remote team at OLX Group, Piotr, a frontend engineer and his team were tasked to migrate the legacy frontend codebase to the new technology stack.
