After building and leading design and innovation practices from within world-class consultancies, startups, and Silicon Valley leaders for 25 years, she is now on a mission to help organisations succeed in their transformation towards customer-centered innovation and agility. She works with ambitious change-makers to help them achieve their goals.

Martina has worked with countless high-profile brands to launch new products and services and is an early pioneer in bringing together UX, lean, and agile practices to help organisations adopt a Silicon Valley approach to innovation.

She also co-authored Communicating the UX Vision: 13 Anti-patterns That Block Good Design to help cross-functional teams communicate and collaborate better.
