Joe is a User Experience Design Leader skilled in enterprise, web, mobile, and touchscreen-based interactions and a strategic thinker who enjoys exploring multiple solutions. Some of his specialties include Interaction Design, Digital Strategy, User Experience Planning, Rapid Prototyping, Persona Development, Contextual Inquiry, Heuristic Evaluation, Social Media Integration, Application and Service Roadmapping, Product Development, Design Research, Design Ops, and Usability Testing. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas, Austin's Center for Integrated Design.
