
Daniela Jorge has a history of success unlocking the business value of design across industries, including digital marketplaces, ecommerce, and cross-functional platforms serving a broad range of users.
As Chief Design Officer at Capital One, Daniela leads the strategy and advancement for bringing insightful, human-centered and data-informed design decisions to the products, platforms and experiences across Capital One. She works across the company to advance a deep understanding of customers and associates to help envision and deliver on the future of Capital One experiences. She was previously the Chief Design Officer at PayPal and VP of Design at AT&T.
She also serves on the board of directors of Mr. Cooper Group and is a board advisor at Loft and distinguished advisor and founding member of the Design Executive Council.
