Agile approaches are not enough to help businesses win during uncertainty and volatility. To drive innovation and growth, enterprises should apply open source principles inside their organisation to encourage a collaborative culture. In this session, we will share lessons learnt from the Open Source world and provide concrete examples of how innersource can help your organisation succeed.

- How do you foster change within an organisation?
- How do you balance both customer needs and drive results
- How do you optimise the experience for both customer and the team

How might we design inclusive public services that are sensitive to the complexities of diverse needs and backgrounds? How do we ensure that people’s lived experience plays a pivotal role in the way we develop new products aimed at improving health outcomes and reducing harm? We don’t have all of the answers, but I will share what our team has learnt about navigating these complexities and elevating the role of design in the midst of a digital transformation.
