Bridging Discovery and Delivery: Automating User Feedback within the Release Lifecycle

In many organizations, user discovery ends where development begins. Teams ship based on static specifications, only to realize weeks after a full release that the feature missed the mark. At monday.com, we flipped this model by building an "Alpha Pipeline" that turns the delivery process into a continuous discovery engine.

The process starts before the feature is even ready: we use automated, in-product hooks to build a "waiting list" of highly engaged users who explicitely want the solution we are building. Once we start the initial release, we have an immediate, high-intent audience ready to provide feedback. This system creates a zero-distance loop between real users and the cross-functional team: PMs, designers, and developers alike. This session covers the case study of how we moved from "guessing and shipping" to a model of validated delivery, ensuring that engineering effort is backed by proven user demand and real-time evidence.

Tackling the Feature Factor: Scaling UX Research for Platform-Level Impact

UX and Product teams often face a false choice: ship products of limited value at lightning speed or conduct deep research that's perceived as slow and risky.
In this online session, Eric Olive and Joe Mauriello from DocuSign show how a flexible and thorough research program can actually accelerate delivery and delight customers.
You will learn how to structure research around strategic end-to-end use cases (Sales, Legal, HR, Procurement), not isolated features. Then you will see practical ways to break silos and shift from feature thinking to platform innovation.
Outcomes

  • Apply the Audience Track framework to prioritise research around the journeys that drive platform outcomes.
  • Move teams from feature requests to platform level bets with clear cross functional alignment and sharper decision making.
  • Build a research cadence that increases speed and confidence by reducing rework and misaligned assumptions.

Community is one part of how UXDX helps teams build better products.

Local events help people learn from peers and build their network. The reports, ebooks and knowledge library turn those conversations into practical ideas teams can apply.
