Morgan Davis
Director, UX Research
Morgan Davis is a San Francisco-based research leader who values a healthy mix of research rigor, business acumen, and the development of strong business relationships in his work. He enjoys informing business and product decisions at the early concept phase and taking those solutions through iterations and to market with customer involvement at each phase. Prior to his work at Docusign, Morgan spent time at Pearson where he focused on improving the accessibility and usability of digital education assessment tools. Additionally, he spent 8 years working in the public sector with students and adults with disabilities where he conducted assessments and developed inclusionary programs. Morgan received his M.A. in Psychology from Humboldt State and his M.S. in Human Factors and Ergonomics from San Jose State University.
Marine Palamutyan
Senior Manager, UX Research
Mariné is a customer-obsessed and business results-oriented UX research leader with over 11 years of experience influencing product strategy in the financial services and technology industries. Formerly of Wells Fargo and Union Bank, she’s currently Senior Manager of UX Research at Docusign, where she and her team uncover insights that inform product direction and deliver delightful experiences for customers around the world. Born and raised in Armenia, Mariné currently resides in Los Angeles, CA, with her husband, son, and their miniature schnauzer.
Tali Melchior
VP Product
Tali is a results-driven professional with a strong track record in successfully bringing products to market, from their initial conception to full-scale launch. Her experience spans multiple industries, including music streaming and sustainable e-commerce. Currently, she holds the position of Director of the Nordic product team at Texthelp, a global company specializing in assistive technology and literacy advancement for a wide user base. Tali's expertise extends beyond product development, as she has also led digital transformation initiatives, implementing agile methodologies and scaling up operations across organizations. With her background as a seasoned teacher and facilitator, she brings a wealth of experience in public speaking and leadership to the table.
