Morgan Davis is a San Francisco-based research leader who values a healthy mix of research rigor, business acumen, and the development of strong business relationships in his work. He enjoys informing business and product decisions at the early concept phase and taking those solutions through iterations and to market with customer involvement at each phase.
Prior to his work at Docusign, Morgan spent time at Pearson where he focused on improving the accessibility and usability of digital education assessment tools. Additionally, he spent 8 years working in the public sector with students and adults with disabilities where he conducted assessments and developed inclusionary programs. Morgan received his M.A. in Psychology from Humboldt State and his M.S. in Human Factors and Ergonomics from San Jose State University.
