Ketan is a Senior UX Designer with a diverse background across various industries. With experience ranging from being a UX team of one to large UX organizations, he has seen a lot of different ways that things get done.
Having worked across industries such as SaaS, public utilities, and insurance, He has developed a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors in different contexts. He firmly believes in the power of data in the UX process and is passionate about advocating for its use.
