Kelly is a people-first leader with 20+ years of experience working in different roles and industries. Over the last 10 years, she has focused on leading multidisciplinary product, engineering, and design teams across consumer and enterprise platforms. After her own exploration of various roles and responsibilities working in technology, she returned to design, focused on the leadership path, for she knows that opportunities for design are broader than the titles we're given. Her day-to-day work is the support and development of the team, ensuring they understand how to balance business strategy and user advocacy. Her mission is to make people’s day jobs more effective and efficient through well-executed service design and user experiences.
