Katarzyna is a Service Design Manager with 11 years of experience. Now managing an International team in Equinix - Fortune 500 company, on a daily basis working mostly with Global IT Area.

She also co-founded 3 startups, playing her role partially as a CEO of Sell a Service - AI-fueled software as a service solution that turns customer feedback data into actionable insights to boost online service sales. Operating on Insights as a Service IaaS market. Professional expertise apart from leadership and management is in service design (Katarzyna has MBA title from Laurea University of Applied Sciences Helsinki), and International Master Accreditation from Service Design Global Network.
Passionate about new technologies, AI solutions that really make impact and are human centred, education, multicultural team management, sustainable services and service digitalization. Want to call herself enabler of others designers value. Lecturer in Design Thinking and Service Design in Polish universities.
