Jeremy is a User Researcher with a passion for solving complex problems. Over the past decade, he has worked in large organizations, untangling the most challenging issues that leave people tearing their hair out – including once when he saved a fortune 500 company millions of dollars by addressing their reliance on a single physical copy of a book (but that’s a story for another time).
From conducting contextual inquiries to guiding teams in measuring the user experience, Jeremy excels at extracting meaningful data that drives impactful strategies. Recognizing the increasing importance of measuring the value of UX, he has spent a lot of time over the past few years equipping fellow UX professionals with the knowledge they need to make a compelling case.
Beyond work, Jeremy enjoys creating board games, improving his house, and coaching sports. He resides in Lansing, Michigan with his wife and four children.
