Elizabeth (Betsy) is a Senior UX researcher at Ibotta and a cross-cultural psychologist. She started her career with a South African start-up while she completed her postgraduate degree in Psychological Research at the University of Cape Town. Over the last few years, she found the perfect marriage of her academic and work experience in the world of UX research and bringing the voices of users to the forefront of product design and development.
