Where product, design and engineering people meet to learn from real work.

How do teams make knowledge easy to find for people, colleagues and increasingly AI? UXDX Zurich brings product, design, research, engineering and business together at On Labs for two practical talks on AI-readable websites and research repositories, followed by a panel discussion and networking.

Expect real case studies, candid lessons and a room of peers working through similar product-delivery challenges.

Building Websites for Humans and AI

Large Language Models are changing how people discover and interact with the web. Increasingly, websites are not just consumed by humans — they are read, interpreted and acted upon by AI assistants and autonomous agents.

This talk explores how to prepare websites for this new reality. Florian will cover structured content, semantic markup, emerging standards such as MCP and WebMCP, and modern web architectures that make websites easier for AI to understand and interact with. He will also explore how the same technologies enable generative websites, where experiences are dynamically composed for each visitor rather than authored as static pages.

The result is a new way of thinking about the web: not just as pages for people, but as knowledge and capabilities that can be understood by both humans and AI.

Why User Research Insights Disappear (Fast!) And How To Fix It

Research insights can disappear even in small organisations: scattered across whiteboards, forgotten decks and handwritten notes. Vanessa unpacks what a research repository actually is and what it takes to standardise and democratise research-based knowledge across an organisation.

Using a concrete example, she will walk through the factors that matter most when putting a repository in place. Designers, developers and product professionals will leave with a sharper sense of what it takes to make user research insights findable, shareable and reusable.

Community is one part of how UXDX helps teams build better products.

Local events help people learn from peers and build their network. The reports, ebooks and knowledge library turn those conversations into practical ideas teams can apply.
