Why User Research Insights Disappear (Fast!) And How To Fix It
Research insights can disappear even in small organisations: scattered across whiteboards, forgotten decks and handwritten notes. Vanessa unpacks what a research repository actually is and what it takes to standardise and democratise research-based knowledge across an organisation. Using a concrete example, she will walk through the factors that matter most when putting a repository in place. Designers, developers and product professionals will leave with a sharper sense of what it takes to make user research insights findable, shareable and reusable.
