Marc Majers is an author and lead user experience researcher at Progressive Insurance. In addition to holding a master's degree in Information Architecture & Knowledge Management with an emphasis in User Experience Design, he is a certified usability analyst through Human Factors International and UX Certified from Nielsen Norman Group. His skills range from user research, interaction design, digital strategy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and usability testing. He is a board member of UXPA Cleveland and Better World Day. Ben Woods is a senior product and experience leader who helps organisations turn customer insight into products and services that grow revenue, improve satisfaction, and speed up strategic execution. With 20+ years across web, mobile, enterprise software, and eCommerce, he has delivered double digit CSAT gains, doubled conversion rates, and uncovered new monetisation opportunities. Ben is the owner of Covalent and a UX Lead in the AI Office at Ameritas, bringing product strategy, UX, data, and engineering together into an outcome-driven practice across the US, Europe, and Asia. He has built and led global teams, delivered training and workshops internationally, and has also served as university faculty and a UX bootcamp instructor.
