A large proportion of your work should be dedicated to change management and enabling others. However, changing and motivating others is hard.

Today I want to talk about some F words that can be hard to hear. Figma, feedback and most importantly - FEELINGS.

While most people recognize the importance of understanding their customers or users, companies are often in a rush and want to get a product, feature or update on the market as soon as possible. So when the time is short and the budget is scarce, people try to cut costs. And often one of the first things that gets cut is user research.
