Tim will talk through embracing empathy and the view of Adyen around empathy. He'll talk through the touch points of the customer and how UX fits into each stage of the customer journey in a technical, non-design driven organisation. He also talks through the empathy of internal teams and stakeholders, in particular how a designer integrates better with the dev team.
