Tal Cherni is a UX Researcher at Ocado Logistics with a background in cognitive psychology and psychotherapy. Holding an MSc in Cognitive Science from UCL, Tal combines deep behavioural insight with mixed-method research to uncover how people think, act, and interact with technology. His work spans advanced tech, local fulfilment, and engineering productivity, driving evidence-based design decisions that improve efficiency and user experience across global teams.
