Soren Abildgaard is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Zendesk where he leads the company's engineering teams that are responsible for building both SaaS products and its developer platform. He is passionate about empowering his teams to build products that work together to improve customer relationships. Additionally, Soren oversees Zendesk's platform which provides developers with the flexible tools needed to extend the customer experience.
Soren joined Zendesk in 2017. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Engineering for TubeMogul (Adobe), where he managed the Advertising Cloud platform. Prior to that, he held senior engineering positions at Microsoft and Autodesk.
