Being a product manager requires structured and organized thinking. Frameworks and toolkits are a practical and effective way to tackle problems. Product managers learn many of these and develop their own throughout their product careers.
Good product managers work in a hypothesis-driven way and regularly validate their hypotheses using experiments during product discovery. Regular experimentation increases what is known as "Learning Efficiency".
This presentation describes what constitutes "Learning Efficiency" and gives an insight into possible tools and frameworks that help product managers to develop things that the customer really wants. The whole thing is supported by practical examples from the own time as a product manager.
