
Richard leads Innovation and Experience Design at EY Studio+ Ireland, EY’s global customer and growth practice. Working at the intersection of business strategy, experience design, communications and digital entrepreneurship, he has over 20 years experience leading the conceptual development of new content, products, and services. A proven entrepreneur and innovator he was the co-founder and CEO of the award winning digital media company Studio POWWOW. His skillset spans from storytelling to service design to product innovation and strategy. At EY Studio+, he has led design innovation and customer transformation initiatives across government, finance, energy, transport, and media, helping organisations reimagine how they build and deliver products and services. More recently, Richard has been integrating AI tools into client and team workflows to drive better outcomes and increase success rates. As someone who has navigated both startup and enterprise landscapes, Richard brings a grounded perspective on the emotional and strategic realities of modern product building.
