Ramona Ziemann is the Head of UX at the Moldovan e-Governance Agency, where she leads the design vision for Moldova’s national digital transformation. Her work covers the development of the national design system, cross-institution UX governance, and the evolution of EVO — Moldova’s unified, people-first platform for accessing public services. She joined the e-Governance Agency in September 2025 to help turn complex public services into simple, trustworthy digital experiences. With over 16 years of experience, Ramona has built her career at the intersection of product design, growth, and analytics. Prior to joining e-Gov Agency, she was the Mobile Product Design Lead at Crunchyroll, shaping subscription, onboarding, and engagement experiences for millions of users worldwide. She is also the founder of Ahead Studio, a UX and experimentation consultancy partnering with global clients in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, and public services to build outcome-driven products.
