Too Good To Go’s mission is about saving food, but behind the scenes their tech organisation applies the same philosophy of cost saving to engineering, with results that have allowed them to scale into 19 countries at rapid speed. In this talk Morten shares how the company scaled from a 10-person team to 240+ while maintaining operational excellence, cost efficiency, speed, and impact. Learn how sustainable growth and lean infrastructure can fuel innovation rather than slow it down including how they are:
- Scaling product and engineering without inflating costs or compromising speed.
- Embedding high-performance discipline into culture, process, and cloud operations from day one.
- Structuring cross-functional teams around business impact, not headcount.
- Applying zero-waste engineering to every technical and organisational decision.
