Data Driven Product Development Approaches

Developing new systems and features we have to make decisions that might cause the whole project to fail. How can we take these decisions with confidence? How do we plan for related work? How do we measure success? In this talk I want to give several examples of approaches that we took and reflect on how well they worked given the requirements we faced. I will cover topics such as identifying key metrics, developing towards a vision and decision making based on data.
