Carolina Carbone is currently Head of Customer Experience at Mibanco Peru. She has more than 12 years of experience working in consulting, digital product development and CX. She holds an MBA from IESE Business School and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico.
