As head of Research at YUX, the digital design agency I co-founded in Dakar and Abidjan, my activities consist of supervising my teams in their quantitative and qualitative research projects across West Africa, within a Human Centered Design and UX methodology. All our projects aim to create or improve products and services aimed at the African market.
The study of African consumers’ habits is a core part of my job, and I use this knowledge to accompany both local startups and international projects. Some of my recent clients: UNESCO, UNCDF, AFD, IMF, Orange (France, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal), Airtel, GSMA and many local startups!
