For the past seven years, Andrew Birgiolas has been a driving force behind the design transformation at LVMH's prestigious beauty retailer, Sephora. Under his UX leadership, Sephora ascended to become the second-largest beauty e-commerce site globally. Birgiolas rebuilt Sephora’s UX function, operationalized for scale, and stood up a mature research function, elevating design as a strategic business partner. He spearheaded design for initiatives like omni-channel fulfillment and the AI-powered ColorIQ skin tone scanning app, earning top industry accolades. Andrew is a proud member of the Design Executive Council, has spoken at Google's Conversions Summit, and contributes to leading publications like Think With Google and UX Collective. Andrew brings humor, creativity, and a user-centered approach to his work, all while navigating the challenges of being a colorblind designer.
