Yet what drives human behavior remains unchanged: the emotional operating system running deep within the brain. This talk reveals why, in the age of AI, truly impactful experiences are not created at the speed of technology, but through an Emotional Design approach that understands the instinctive, intuitive, and emotional architecture of the Human OS.

AI speeds up planning, execution, and analysis, but it still misses the emotional and behavioral cues that turn data into meaningful insights. It’s great at telling us what happened, but not always _why. _This talk explores where AI supports our workflow perfectly and where its lack of context becomes a red flag. And ultimately, how we can use AI as a powerful partner without letting it replace the human understanding at the heart of UX research.

I will share my personal journey and strategies as a product designer, detailing how I learned to excel as a "Professional Context Feeder."
