  Curious and impact-driven User Researcher, Service Designer, and Strategist, passionate about driving positive behavioural change and maximising ROI through innovative research. Former User Researcher at the University of Cambridge, now at the University of Southampton, leading research to enhance digital experiences and engagement. She also volunteers as a strategist at Apart of Me, empowering young people in grief to become community leaders. A constant innovator of practical, customised research methods and research management approaches, she continually refines her work to unlock the full potential of user research. She is especially committed to translating research into meaningful, real-world impact. With a PhD in Service Design, her background spans investment, youth care, and e-commerce, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to her work.

  Product Designer

  Grace Oluwamodupe is a Product Designer, lecturer, and PhD researcher based in Edinburgh. Her work bridges industry and academia, exploring how culture shapes sustainable technology through user-centred design. She has worked with organisations including Meta and Toyota Connected and has held teaching and research roles at the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh Napier University, and the Glasgow School of Art. She is passionate about strengthening Scotland’s design and product community.
