Metrics

We'll explore the difference between business and product metrics, leading versus lagging and the dangers of vanity metrics.

Roadmaps

Roadmaps help to align both the team and the wider organisation on where your product is heading. But feature roadmaps can restrict teams' ability to react to changing customer needs. We'll examine alternative roadmaps that enable teams.
