This course is for UX Researchers, Designers, and Developers who want to improve their way of working.

This course is for Product Managers who want to improve the performance of their teams.

This course is for Functional Managers who want to implement effective ways of working.

Cross-Functional Ways of Working: Forget handoffs. In a cross-functional team, everyone works on the same thing at the same time.
Tracking Work: No handoffs means no Ready for Design or Ready for Dev columns. Learn how to set up and manage a Kanban board for cross-functional work.
From Reporting to Continuous Transparency: Communication shifts from a push model (reporting) to a pull model (transparency where people can access information when they need it).
Strategic Planning: Autonomy does not mean anarchy. Learn how to set annual goals and quarterly objectives.
Weekly Product Reviews: Shift from status updates to metric reviews. Learn how to run effective weekly product reviews.
Cross Team Alignment: When you have multiple autonomous teams, there is a risk of duplication of features and practices. Learn how to share knowledge and align practices.

What should I bring?: Please bring a laptop—several of the exercises are hands-on and interactive. You won’t need any specific software, just a browser. A notebook might be handy for capturing ideas. Most importantly, bring your curiosity and your willingness to collaborate.
What’s included in the day?: Your ticket includes the full-day workshop, all materials, coffee, and lunch. You’ll also have access to workshop slides and templates after the event to take back to your team.
Will the workshop be recorded?: No, the workshop will not be recorded. The format is highly interactive and designed for in-person participation. This helps create a safe space for open discussion and collaborative learning.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?: No prep is needed. We’ll provide everything you need on the day. Just come with a product, team, or challenge in mind—it’ll help you get more value from the exercises.
Is it team-based or individual?: Both! You can attend solo or as a team. There will be individual reflection, paired work, and small-group collaboration. If you're attending with colleagues, we’ll help you apply the exercises directly to your shared context.
Will I get copies of the slides?: Yes! You’ll receive digital copies of all slides used during the day, so you can apply them back at work immediately.
