Tsvetelina is a multidisciplinary designer and illustrator, who has spent over 8 years building design teams and shaping design processes in companies as diverse as Uber, Falcon.io and MentorMate. Her work has always been focused on empowering teams to create meaningful products and services, in order to have a positive impact on the end-user.
Tsvetelina is keen on leadership, innovation and applying the appropriate design methods within upstream/downstream teams, in order to increase productivity. As part of Uber's Tax & Compliance team, Tsvetelina's main area of work is improving the by-products of the financial user actions and solving complex challenges posed by the needs of the consumers.
