Tiffany O'Keeffe

Tiffany O’Keeffe is a Berlin-based Senior UX Designer with 10 years’ experience across fintech, SaaS, and enterprise tools. She specialises in complex B2B platforms and design systems, leading research-to-delivery work with product and engineering to simplify workflows at scale. Previously with BNP Paribas Securities Services and RecommenderX, she has built data-heavy and ML-driven products and managed a design system deployed across 100+ applications. A former Ladies That UX Dublin chapter lead and UX Camp speaker, she’s passionate about strengthening local design communities and championing user-centred practice.
