Tom is a Principal Automation Engineer and D&I Council member at DIGIT Games (Scopely). In his spare time Tom likes to connect people, help grow communities, drink coffee and write code. Tom is the founder of Rural Ireland Tech Advocates, a community of advocates north and south of the border, and Co-Founder of ShipItCon, a conference about Software Delivery. Tom has almost 20 years experience in automation and has recently been working on tools which democratise complex processes, remove traditional gatekeeping and demolish knowledge silos.

By reducing the cost and complexity of enterprise software, No-Code has made it accessible to a lot of people. While simple to setup, many believe no/low-code platforms can leave security risks, a siloed system with no connected way of working. While others would suggest it opens doors for new ways for teams to work.
