Swetha is the Director of Engineering at Red Hat. She has over 21 years of experience leading Product/Project Engineering, Customer Delivery, Vendor Partnership Management with global and cross-functional teams. Previously, she was the Director of Engineering at Cisco leading a team of 200+ engineers while working on product development of the next-generation products for STB's .
Swetha's key strength is the ability to transcend boundaries, from being a strategist and playing an executive leadership role, to that of a technical leader working with the team to implement the laid out strategies
Her immense experience in building and leading Agile high performing teams has meant that Swetha has been at the forefront of leading Agile and Technical/ Technology transitions within organisations while delivering Products successfully to customers across the world.
