Swarna Pandu is a UX Researcher at Boehringer Ingelheim with 4+ years of experience across healthcare tech and fintech. She holds a master’s in Human-Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Michigan and has been a strong user advocate in both startup and enterprise settings. Swarna has led end-to-end research from concept to launch, helping scale products at Rupeek and Boehringer Ingelheim. She’s also passionate about cultivating design maturity, mentoring peers, leading workshops, and championing design thinking across organizations.
