Susan Stavitzski is an experienced Product Leader working in the software industry for start-ups, small businesses, and enterprise companies over the last 9 years.
She started her career at Snagajob, a US based job board for hourly workers, where she progressed through roles in Marketing, Sales Operations, Product Marketing then ultimately led the Product team for the innovative Shifts product, a scalable SaaS platform that grew product adoption and sales by over 300%.
Susan later led Product and Design at Hatch, a notifications start-up based in Richmond, Virginia. She led the removal of manual, bulky processes for small businesses customers, empowering them with powerful, scalable solutions to equip teams in a SaaS sales environment for success.
Today, Susan is a Senior Product Manager at CarMax where she focuses on improving the in-store customer and associate experiences. Her team is reimagining associate tools to drive efficiency and innovation in today’s car buying experience.
Susan is passionate about customer discovery and sharing product practice principles. When not at work, you can find her engaged in the LinkedIn Product community and sharing product insights on Medium.
