
Sarah Doody is a UX researcher, product designer and career coach with 22 years of experience in UX. She is the Founder and CEO of Career Strategy Lab, a UX and product job search accelerator that helps mid and senior professionals position themselves, stand out to hiring teams, and secure five figure salary increases through a clear strategy for marketing and negotiation.
Alongside coaching, Sarah runs the Career Strategy Podcast and writes on leadership and careers as a Forbes contributor. Earlier in her career, she developed and taught General Assembly’s first 12 week UX immersive curriculum in New York, helping shape how UX education scaled globally. She has also led UX research, product strategy and design work for a wide range of clients across publishing, finance, health and consumer products, and regularly speaks and teaches workshops internationally.
