Paya has a decade of experience with various design disciplines. She has a strong consulting background with clients and works in E-commerce and fintech.
Her professional career started in Japan as a designer. Previous experiences include Amazon payment, Diesel, Marc Jacobs, Diesel and Ray-Ban e-commerce interface and system for Japanese market (still currently in-use).
Before moving to Sweden, Paya had worked intensively with Mercari, Inc., the first start-up unicorn in Japan and the most popular circular marketplace that recorded over 17 million monthly active users as of 2019.
Now she is part of H&M Business Tech Experience Design after moving to Stockholm.
Paya always loves the idea of engineering her design. Her vision is to subvert the status quo to make inclusive products and design for everyone.
