Mislav Žokalj is a Head of Design at Cinnamon leading the department of 26 designers. Design-wise, Mislav is specialized in product discovery and setting strong UX foundations for various types of projects. On the management side, Mislav is spearheading nurturing, elevating, and healthy workplace at Cinnamon. This includes helping each team member reach their potential and improving the overall quality of delivery of design to our clients.
Furthermore, Mislav earned Nielsen Norman Group UX Certificate with specialty recognition in “UX Management”. He was taught principles and methods to successfully integrate UX into both large and small organizations and apply known UX and management practices to effectively plan, communicate, negotiate, control, and measure UX work, people, and processes.
Since 2021 Mislav is also a lecturer for UX Design at one of the top private schools in Zagreb.
