Kristina Gibson is a product and growth leader with more than 15 years of experience scaling early-stage technology companies across mobility, fintech, marketplaces, and global consumer platforms. Most recently Chief Product Officer and later Chief Product and Technology Officer at Dott, she led product, engineering and data through a period of rapid expansion and played a central role in shaping the company’s merger strategy with TIER Mobility.
Kristina’s background spans high-impact product leadership roles at Booking.com, Lyft, Eventbrite, Mint.com, and Intuit, where she built and managed globally distributed teams, launched international products across Europe, APAC and the Americas, and delivered innovations in payments, localisation, mobile experiences, and fraud and risk management. She has driven multiple acquisitions, led cross-market expansion efforts and holds five patents in customer-driven innovation.
