Katie is a Product Manager at Voxpopme, where she has spent the past two years building video research technology that empowers researchers to engage directly with users and transform qualitative data into actionable insights. Katie focuses on advancing the platform’s UX research capabilities to facilitate richer, more insightful user conversations.
Before joining Voxpopme, Katie brought 17 years of experience in product management and customer experience from a leading UK bank. There, she developed a deep understanding of customer needs and honed her skills in UX research from the user’s perspective, skills that she now applies to enhance the user experience at Voxpopme.
Katie holds an MSc in Management Science and Operational Research and a BSc in Computing and Management Science. She is also certified in UX design by the Interaction Design Foundation and the Nielsen Norman Group.
