Before joining UserZoom, Joanne led user experience and customer experience strategies for Excellus BCBS and Aetna for more than 20 years. Joanne holds a Master’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Technical Writing & Graphic Design. When not at work, Joanne enjoys time with her family on their horse farm in western New York.
