Jess Greco is Vice President of Product Management at Mastercard, and has recently embarked on a new adventure leading operations for Agent Suite. She is currently focused on building out the strategic partnerships and operating infrastructure necessary to bring agentic AI to customers.
Previously she was Vice President of Design at Mastercard, where she shaped design-led product strategy across emerging tech and AI. With experience spanning research, design and product management, she excels at connecting customer insight to business priorities and building stronger design maturity across organizations. Jess has led cross-functional teams of product designers, content designers and researchers, with work across financial services, payments, insurance, consulting, healthcare, education and media. In her free time, she has 5 year old twins and has recently taken up knitting.
