Eric Rainsberry is a seasoned Creative Director operating at the intersection of Digital Product Design and Advertising.
With over 20 years of experience in ATL (Above the Line) Advertising, Branding, and Digital Product Design, he has spent the last five years collaborating with Publicis Groupe Hungary (PGH) and P&G Geneva to enhance the Pampers brand. His work has been instrumental in developing and delivering valuable tools and content through the Pampers website, loyalty app, and paid media channels, reaching a growing audience of over 4 million monthly active users.
Alongside Zsuzsa Polgár (Operational Lead) and Roy Baradon (Program Lead) at PGH, Eric played a key role in scaling the team behind this initiative from 6 to 60 members, increasing revenue sixfold over five years. The team manages four key work streams:
- Organic Content Creation
- Acquisition via Paid Media (Performance Marketing)
- Product Design for the Pampers Club Loyalty App
- CRM Communications (In-App and Email Marketing)
Eric pioneered and implemented Agile Creative methodologies to facilitate one-to-one marketing at scale. A core component of this approach is the Creative Sprint, a two-day workshop he developed to map customer journeys, identify opportunities, and generate creative solutions for paid media assets through cross-functional collaboration.
In March 2021, he had the opportunity to present this innovative, collaborative methodology to Marc Pritchard, Chief Brand Officer at P&G.
Passionate about problem-solving and team collaboration, Eric has spent the past three years researching workshop design and facilitation. He has earned certifications from The Design Sprint Academy and AJ&Smart in Berlin, designing and implementing over 20 customized workshop templates. These workshops span a range of disciplines, including Product Strategy, Product Marketing, Product Design, Process Design, HR Mapping, and Strategic Planning.
